Modular and extremely robust connectors with high density

With the L-Series, Smiths Interconnect has developed high-density, modular rack and panel connectors with coaxial and high current contacts up to 200A. The system consists of modules and frames that can be individually configured.
Frame designs range from a base frame with two side rails and two end caps to more complex versions with jackscrew, end housings, cable clamps, etc. This allows the modules to be flexibly combined according to specific customer requirements.

The Hypertac® contact used is characterized by low insertion and withdrawal forces. This means that a large number of contacts can be mounted in one connector, which can still be connected and disconnected smoothly.
