Learn more about the latest products presented by Masterfix!
As one of the market leaders in blind fastening technology, Masterfix offers a wide range of blind rivets in different models, materials, and dimensions and head designs. Masterfix blind rivets provide a reliable and efficient fastening solution at a fair price.
Heilind Electronics stocks the various Masterfix blind rivet types for a wide range of applications.
PLIA Mulitigrip blind rivets have been specially developed for industry. This rivet is waterproof and extremely vibration resistant and has a large clamping area. For more grip, the rivet forms a tab on the closing head side. This ensures that the remaining mandrel is firmly enclosed after processing.
The closed Masterfix blind rivets ensure an air- and watertight connection up to a pressure of 35 bar (3500 kPA). The mandrel of the closed rivet is tightly closed, which makes the blind rivet very vibration resistant.
The Masterfix Peel Type Rivet is designed in such a way that the rivet body cuts the end of the rivet sleeve into four parts that clamp the material and spread the weight over a large area. This reduces the risk of the material breaking or sinking. The rivets are particularly suitable for soft or brittle material.
When the Triform blind rivet is used, the rivet sleeve is cut into three parts when inserted, leaving the material undamaged. Triform blind rivets are suitable for soft materials such as wood, plastic, insulation materials or plasterboard.
The hammerdrive blind rivets are simply set with a hammer. When pressed in, the rivet sleeve expands and anchors firmly to the underside. The mandrel is thus firmly enclosed in the rivet sleeve. The hammer rivets are ideal for use in stone, concrete or roofing.
The grooved type rivets provide a strong bond in dense materials such as plastic or wood. The rivet sleeve expands during setting and the grooves adhere firmly to the material.
The heavy-duty blind rivet Masterbulb is suitable for high loads in thin material. After setting, the blind rivet forms a secondary flange on the back and the mandrel is permanently clamped, vibration-resistant and watertight.
The Masterlock blind rivet was developed for heavy loads in thin materials. A larger head and a wide secondary flange distribute the weight over a large area, ensuring a durable joint. The tapered hole-seeking tips facilitate and accelerate assembly.
The P-Lock blind rivet provides a vibration resistant, waterproof and reliable connection. The high-strength rivet has high tensile and shear strength and is ideal for high load applications. A special mandrel lock keeps the remaining mandrel permanently in the housing.
