Hydropneumatic tools for blind rivets from AVDEL and POP

Stanley Engineered Fastening's new ProSet XT series combines the advantages of Avdel's popular ProSet and NG tool ranges from POP and NG. The ProSet XT series products work with both brands, making it easy to select the right tools.
The hydropneumatic tools for blind rivets currently have the best cycle time in the industry. In addition, the ProSet XT series products feature a high pull-to-force ratio and a mandrel collection system.
The XT series comprises four different tools which you can obtain from your special distributor Heilind Electronics according to your customer-specific type of tensile force and rivet.

XT series includes the models:

  • ProSet® XT1: Pneumatic-hydraulic tool with rubber base for e.g. production lines. Suitable for small rivets including 3/32"- 5/32''- and micro rivets.
  • ProSet® XT2: Versatile tool with 8.9 kN tensile force and cycle time of just 0.6 seconds for rivets from 1/8" to 3/16" size
  • ProSet® XT3: Rubber-based tool with large stroke range for longer rivets. Piston bearing rings for maximum performance.  
  • ProSet® XT4: Powerful tool with a high traction range and a weight of only 4.41 lbs for pulling broken spindles and mounting Avdelok, Maxlok, and Avtainer lock bolts.

Applications:

  • Suitable for applications where both Avdel NG series and POP ProSet series rivets are used
